General description
The Camino de Santiago from Coimbra to Porto is part of the route of the Portuguese road. This third section begins in the historic city of Coimbra, recognized for its prestigious University, declared World Heritage by the UNESCO.
From there, the road advances north following the charm of the Atlantic coast until it reaches Porto, crossing natural and cultural landscapes full of wealth.
During this stage, we will walk between vineyards, quiet forests, old river valleys and Roman roads. The tour will take us through picturesque villages and villages where you breathe the authenticity of the Portugal Rural.
The section culminates in the heart of Porto, a vibrant city with an impressive architectural heritage, also declared World Heritage by the UNESCO. Famous for its history, its unique environment and, of course, its world -famous Porto wine.
