Planning your trip with us is very easy. Most of the tours we organize on the Camino de Santiago are self-guided, which allows you great flexibility with dates. Therefore, we recommend booking your flights first, and from there we will adapt the itinerary to your needs.

What do we need to know to design your trip?

• Approximate dates of the trip
• Number of travelers
• Number of stages you want to walk
• Services you want to include: accommodation, meals, luggage transfer, transfers from/to the airport, insurance, etc.
• Route of the road you would like to do (if you are not still clear, we can advise you)
• Any other information that you consider important for your experience to be perfect

With this information, we will prepare a detailed itinerary that will include:

• Accommodations day by day
• Kilometers to walk at each stage
• Additional services requested

How to proceed?

If you are satisfied with the proposal, you only need to confirm your intention to book. We will send you a link to make the 20% payment as a deposit.

If you want to make any adjustments, no problem: we can modify the itinerary as many times as necessary until your trip is exactly as you imagined.

Yes, we recommend that you book your Camino de Santiago journey in advance.

During the high season (May-September), it may be difficult to find available accommodation at some stages of the Camino. Additionally, prices tend to increase due to high demand. Therefore, it is better to plan and book in advance.

The price of each trip depends on the services you choose:

• Accommodation (superior or standard)
• Meals (breakfast or breakfast + dinner)
• Luggage transfer
• Airport transfers
• Travel insurance
• Cancellation insurance
• Bicycle rental

The price we provide in the itinerary will be valid for 30 days. If you do not make the deposit for your reservation within that period, we will send you a new price with updated rates (if there have been any changes).

No. To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip price is necessary.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the start date of the trip.

If the trip is booked less than 15 days in advance, the total payment must be made at the time of reservation.

Yes, it is possible to make changes to your confirmed reservation (such as modifying the date, itinerary, type of room, number of people, services included, customer errors, among others). The modifications must be made at least 15 days before the start of your trip.

Yes, you can cancel your trip at any time, provided you do it at least 15 days before the start date of your reservation.

Luggage transfer between stages can be included in our travel packages on the Camino, but is not offered as an independent service.

It is essential that all our packages include accommodation booking. We do not organize trips that do not meet this condition.
