The Camino de Santiago from Coimbra to Porto is part of the Portuguese Way route. This third section begins in the historic city of Coimbra, recognized for its prestigious University, declared World Heritage by UNESCO.
From there, the Way advances north following the charm of the Atlantic coast until it reaches Porto, crossing natural and cultural landscapes full of richness.
During this stage, we will walk among vineyards, quiet forests, ancient river valleys and Roman roads. The tour will take us through picturesque towns and villages where you can experience the authenticity of Rural Portugal.
The section culminates in the heart of Porto, a vibrant city with an impressive architectural heritage, also declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Famous for its history, its unique atmosphere and, of course, its world-famous Port wine.
